Dear Jim,

Thank so much for our phone conversation! We're all thrilled about
Milford-Haven joining the KTEA line-up.

We still haven't chosen an exact start date as yet, but I think we should aim
for the beginning of October. I want us to have a chance to announce the show
properly both on the air and in the press. Of course I'll finalize start date
and air times before I do any press interviews.

Our on-air agreement is that we'll pay $15 per weekly episode. And I would
like both of us to commit to 14 months of broadcasting. We have 60 episodes,
which equals one year plus 8 additional weeks to run the complete series. The
timing would be good if we do start in October, because we would then conclude at
the end of 2005.

We would also like to run "coming attraction" spots through the week. For
this, we will barter. We will trade one of our 1-minute in-show avails for as
many spots as you can give us through the week. We will create a spot for the Tea
Cozy that will run in every one of our episodes.

We understand you'd like the show to be delivered in .WAV format.
We also understand you need for the show to be delivered completely ready to
air, with all ad insertions already produced.

We'll be in touch soon! Looking forward so much to working with you!

Kind regards,
Mara
